1. IT Asset Management Lead – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Experience with and understanding of HW & SW Asset Life Cycle model
  • Manage cloud subscriptions (Azure, AWS)
  • Technical proficiency to maintain ownership of Asset Management tool(s)
  • Technical familiarity with IT platform areas (Workstations, Network, Mainframe, Unix, AS/400, Windows, Linux, etc.) as required to maintain asset accuracy
  • Manage the Hardware and Software Asset and Configuration Management queues, and resolve Incident and Service Requests within Service Level Agreements

 

2. Senior Network Specialist – Atlanta, Georgia

  • Provides analysis and recommendations for the evolution and enhancement of the    enterprise  network infrastructure and security architecture
  • Performs research and development into emerging technologies and use cases. Presents findings in a professional manner.
  • Partners with Business clients and Technical peers to design and deliver new IT capabilities
  • Performs proactive capacity planning exercises to ensure networks, systems, and services are  optimized for business demands

 

3. Senior Network Security Engineer – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Design, plan and implement aspects of the network security infrastructure
  • Participate in multi-discipline design and architecture teams to provide solutions
  • Perform on-going optimization of the network security devices to ensure adequate capacity, availability, and scalability
  • Troubleshooting security device issues, documenting troubleshooting steps and providing status updates to management
  • Create and present reporting information; updating process documents and other duties as required.

 

4. Senior Network Engineer – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Design, plan and implement all aspects of the network infrastructure to support data, voice, video, and security
  • Participate in multi-discipline design and architecture teams to provide solutions and capacity planning of equipment
  • Perform on-going optimization of the network to ensure adequate capacity, availability and scalability
  • Design solutions and alternatives that meet documented requirements and delivery dates
  • Provide daily level 2 and 3 support for resolving network/security related issues Present solutions and makes recommendations to departmental leadership

 

5. Senior Network Tools Engineer – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Design, plan and implement aspects of the network monitoring & automation infrastructure
  • Participate in multi-discipline design and architecture teams to provide solutions
  • Perform on-going optimization of the network monitoring & automation tools to ensure adequate capacity, availability and scalability
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards which reflect the health and capacity of the network
  • Daily Incident Management responsibilities will include troubleshooting monitoring & automation tools issues, documenting troubleshooting steps and providing status updates to management

 

6. Network Services WAN Specialist – Edison, New Jersey

  • Engaged and lead solution-prototyping, testing and final promotion to production.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance and implementation of the enterprise-wide network including on-call support according to an assigned schedule.
  • Participate in the planning, design, installation, maintenance, management and coordination of the company wide area network and/or local area networks.

 

7. Sr ITSM Manager – Service Assurance & Governance – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Managing the development and maintenance the IT Service Management function and roadmap encompassing such processes as Incident, Request, Change, Configuration, Problem and Knowledge Management etc.
  • Providing a single point of contact for service management across IT and coordinating such processes as change, incident and problem management across all IT functions
  • Establish right metrics, KPIs and observations to proactively identify trends, anticipate problems, perform root cause analyses, and work across IT to implement preventative measures to ensure a best in class level of support and service

 

8. Senior Network Security Engineer – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Design, plan and implement aspects of the network security infrastructure
  • Participate in multi-discipline design and architecture teams to provide solutions
  • Perform on-going optimization of the network security devices to ensure adequate capacity, availability, and scalability
  • Troubleshooting security device issues, documenting troubleshooting steps and providing status updates to management
  • Create and present reporting information; updating process documents and other duties as required.

 

9. Cyber Security Specialist – Stamford, Connecticut

  • Participates in the design, architecture standards and implementation of the overall Information Security program
  • Support the management of security infrastructure, including but not limited to proxies, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security solutions etc.
  • Identify and address security gaps discovered through ongoing monitoring of all information security controls and implement enhancements to security controls
  • Ensure that all Information Security capabilities and functions are operating as designed and intended

 

10. AIX/Unix Administrator – New York, New York

  • Management of vendors, auditing, periodic checks to ensure smooth functioning of all the hardware components and software applications, configuring and maintaining directory services, data services, file sharing services, and resource sharing services.
  • Participate in the development and support of Open Systems architecture and strategy across a large multi-vendor platform environment (HP, IBM, Oracle, UNIX).
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while performing day to day operations.

 

11. AIX/Unix Administrator – Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Ensure that agreed levels of service quality are maintained.
  • Manage the lifecycle of all problems as well as ensure that the IT department can consistently compile, analyze, store and share knowledge base information throughout the organization.
